When it comes to coaching gymnastics, form is everything. Properly reaching the correct shapes and positions needed to use each exercise safely is essential. Unlike other sporting pursuits, though, the only way to learn with gymnastics is to do it. To try. To see for yourself what happens. Yes, even to fail. At Star Rhythmic Gymnastic Club, we look to build our coaching program around the simple concept of using professional gymnastics coaches to deliver elite, high-end coaching to an elite level.We believe that it is essential that every individual is allowed to properly work on their shape and conditioning. Over time, though, technical skills need to be adapted and honed so that the foundations of gymnastics become like second nature. Our professional coaches, then, all come from a proven background in gymnastics coaching.
Our founder, Anees Makrous, a qualified PE teacher and UEFA football coach, has spent many years finding reliable professionals. The focus has always been on finding coaches who can:
