The Star Rhythmic Gymnastics Club events page helps parents follow the activities their child has been invited to attend. These may include academy showcases, skills assessments, presentation galas, local competitions, championships and selected international trips.
Invitation details: Each invitation is connected to the gymnast’s group, level, age category and event program. Open it to review the date, reporting time, venue, category and preparation notes supplied by the club.
Because participation is based on the requirements of each activity, gymnasts may receive different invitations. If no event is visible, your child may not have a current invitation.

Review the Category and Preparation Details
The Star Academy app is the preferred place to manage rhythmic gymnastics invitations. Parents can check current event information and confirm participation directly from the app.
An invitation may include:
- Competition, showcase, assessment or gala name
- Individual or group category
- Age or ability division
- Apparatus information when relevant
- Event date and gymnast reporting time
- Venue and arrival location
- Hair, uniform, apparatus or preparation guidance
- Instructions provided by the rhythmic gymnastics coach
Confirm Participation on Time
Early confirmation helps coaches complete entries, organise groups and prepare routines. For group performances, every gymnast’s response is important because an absence may affect the formation and preparation of the full group.
If your child cannot attend, use the decline link provided with the invitation. Add the reason when requested so the coach can update the event plan or competition entry.
Please respond before the stated deadline whenever possible.
