Skills Assessments and Progress Reports
Coaches review each gymnast at planned stages. The calendar may show assessment periods, flexibility or fitness checks, and expected report dates.
Reviews may consider body technique, coordination, musical expression, routine knowledge and apparatus handling. Coaches use the results to set suitable goals for the next stage.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Camps
