About Star Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

Established in 2023, Star Rhythmic Gymnastics Club provides structured coaching for girls ages 4–18 in Dubai and Sharjah. Our programmes help young gymnasts develop flexibility, coordination, confidence and a lasting enjoyment of rhythmic gymnastics.

Qualified coaches guide every session in an encouraging, social environment. Training is adapted to the gymnast’s age, experience and current ability, giving beginners a strong foundation while helping developing and competitive gymnasts progress towards more advanced techniques.

Our Coaching Approach

Every Star location follows a consistent coaching programme. Gymnasts learn essential body movements, apparatus skills, routines and performance habits through age-appropriate progressions. Coaches observe each gymnast closely, provide practical feedback and support safe development at a realistic pace.

Progress, confidence and enjoyment

Quality coaching is about more than learning a routine. We want each girl to feel supported, recognise her improvement and build confidence through regular practice. Depending on her level, she can progress from introductory skills to more complex techniques and performance preparation.

Classes in Dubai and Sharjah

Most sessions take place after school on weekdays and during the weekend. Families can choose from academy locations in Dubai and Sharjah, making it easier to find a suitable venue and schedule.

Our team can help parents choose the right starting group based on age, experience and goals. Girls ages 4–18 can begin with a trial or assessment before joining the recommended class.

Progress Tracking and E-Learning

Star Rhythmic Gymnastics Club uses an e-learning system and video library to support learning beyond the venue. Gymnasts can review lesson material, while parents can use the academy’s online portal for registration and communication.

Parents receive access details for the portal, which helps them follow academy information and their child’s progress. Performance reports are provided every three months, giving families a clearer view of development and the next areas of focus.
